I don't believe Angela did anything in regards to the problem my vehicle was having. I stated to her that my car was working perfectly fine before I brought it in for my recall repair. She came to me and stated that it would cost about 160.00 dollars to repair the issue my car was now having with the information notices now appearing on my dashboard. I said I was not going to pay for a problem that I believe that happened at the dealership. She stated that she would check with the manager and get back to me. About 30 minutes later she stated my vehicle was fixed and I could take my car. As I left the dealership...my car still had the same issues. I believe she just had my car sit out in the lot with the plastic paper still on my seat and the paper mats still on my floor board. That's not how a car is delivered back to a customer when it is repaired.

Dulce was so helpful. I had taken my car on Saturday for the same issue to DCH Honda in Temecula because it is a block from my house. I was discouraged by the man with the same title as Dulce. I had an appt for Saturday, was told they would need my car all day because on Saturday, they only had a skeleton crew’ and that i should come back on Tuesday when they had a bigger team. Oh and they didn’t have a shuttle or rental car if i needed them, either. Well yesterday (on a Monday) I drove 20 miles to your facility with no appt, Dulce greeted me with professionalism and kindness, got me a shuttle ride to work, kept me updated via text, got my car repaired in less than an hour, and even had my car washed. Exceptional customer service. Forget the place thats a block from my house! I’ll be driving 20 miles from now on and enjoying it!
