While everything went smoothly the only issue was still walking into the office and no one saying a word. No type of greeting and there was three associates sitting there. Not one greeted hello, good morning, be right with you, nothing so I’m just standing there and I find that so rude but always the same when I go into this Honda. It happened in the morning, then again when I went in the afternoon to pick the car up. Not sure if it’s a race thing because a Latina with piercings and breasts hanging out and neck tattoos was greeted promptly but I’m always left standing there until someone decides to talk to me. If it isn’t for a recall I avoid this Honda because of rude customer service and after not having gone in for a while it’s rude as usual.
