The vehicle has over 23k miles. On the report miles entered were over 184k ????
I don’t understand how this could happened. The warranty was denied. One of the issues found by the team was that a nail got in on the right side front tire and recommended replacement for over $257.00 I had the tire repaired outside for $20.00
Team recommend to replace front right shock, the said it was leaking. I did not see any leak. $1,199
The reason the vehicle was brought in to check for a clunking noise on the front right side tire. (Same of left front tire last year and the axle was replaced) but a this time I don’t feel the diagnostic was accurate. People helping me were cold (not friendly) I didn’t feel welcome. I don’t believe I can recommend other friends when I received nothing but horrible experience.
