I’m extremely disappointed and angry with my experience at your service center. You quoted me nearly $4,000 for A/C repairs, claiming my compressor, condenser, and evaporator all needed replacement because of ‘stains.’ That’s absurd. I went to an independent shop right after, and all that was needed was a simple recharge. They charged me $345, found no leaks, and now my A/C is working perfectly.
What you tried to do was a blatant upsell and a rip-off. Instead of being honest and helping a customer, you tried to take advantage of me and scare me into paying thousands of dollars for work I didn’t need. This is dishonest, unethical, and completely unacceptable.
I will never bring my car back here, and I will warn others to avoid your service department at all costs.
