This Lady was waaayyy more helpful than the previous two customer service she listened to my concerns with vehicle and did something about it
The previous I expressed my concerns with the seatbelt/window they made me think I was just another number but not this lady

I usually have Brandon as my service advisor but I am glad that customer service is consistently well done. Carlos was very nice and double checked all my info.
