I went in for a repair under warranty and was not informed of a $200 deductible. I was told it was covered. I was also not informed at the appointment until after my car was completed. I thought this was very misleading. Especially because it was not a necessary repair. Had I been told I would have waited until I could afford it.

I was very happy that Jesse took the time to make sure my stuff was ready to go when I left and made sure my car was in good condition to go out on my trip this weekend and even made sure my car was freshly washed. I also asked if there was any maintenance that was recommended for my car and he doubled check and said not for the time being but assured me they would let me know if/when I needed anything else. I appreciated him answering all my questions and how nice he was. The service team here is always so kind and helpful. Thank you!
