Mr. Joel was very pleasant and polite, the issue was with the mechanic that handled my car because when he checked cabin air filter he did not fix the glove door compartment properly. I drove home not realizing that it was not closed right so i called Joel and so i drove back and wasted another trip of my gas so they can see the problem. Mr. Joel noticed that the door lever was broken. Mechanic tried a temporary fix, hopefully it does not get jammed anymore. Mr. Rushing already gave me his word to bring it back if it does not work right but the mechanic should be careful.
