Your service advisor was very rude to my wife, if she would of followed his advice my car would not be fixed. I had to call from a ship at the guam navy base to talk to a service manager to have my car correctly fixed. He did not take the fact that she knew what she was talking about into consideration I was offended and so was she. I have been loyal to this dealership since I bought the car, this may change.if i dont get a call consider this my last visit to your shop.
