No shuttle service available. waited for an hour car wasn't ready still. I asked James how much longer would it be he told me 3 hours. I found a ride and left 30 mins after I left James called and told me my car was ready. This was completely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have experienced at diamond valley.

Ulises was the kindest advisor i’ve dealt w. he was beyond patient w me regardless of how dumb some of my requests were. not once did he seem frustrated & he kept it professional!! he was very knowledgeable about what he was telling me & resolved my problem completely! i’d recommend this service department to everyone i know. give ulises a RAISE!

When I got home and saw that there were leaks coming from my car after this service I was very concerned. Not only do I have oil stains on my drive way I had to miss a day of work to bring the car in on Monday to find out that this was caused by a person not doing the job to completion and cleaning after themselves. I have not had any issues in the past, and hope not too in the future. But this visit is as not the best experience I’ve had at any Honda dealerships.

Service advisor was great. I still have issues with my breaks.
I will be bringing it back in to see if the issue can be resolved.
My rotors had grooves in them before. They resurfaced them
But I still have the same issue. Breaks pulsate as you start breaking
This is the 3rd time back for same issue. I just need it resolved.

My car is leaking oil after being serviced at Diamond Valley Honda. The customer service is bad. I called as soon as I saw the oil leak and the woman who answered the phone was very rude, and said the service department was closed for the day and would reopen on Monday. I then asked what I could do and she said “as I said, they are closed until Monday.”
