I really appreciate the quality of the work and customer service. My only complaint is that my seat is always moved into an uncomfortable position when I visit. It wasn't anything that Jessie did. He was outstanding. I didn't make my concerns clear. I went into have my brakes checked and tires rotated because of a grinding noise. Jessie said the brake pads were great and everything was great. However when I press firmly on the brake pedal (like coming to a complete stop) there is a really bad grinding noise. It is still the same, possibly worse.

The service itself was fantastic and the loaner car very appreciated!! However I cannot in good conscience say I’m satisfied with a repair that I waited almost 3 months for a part. I went without Air conditioning for some of the hottest summer months and ended up spending $600 on a rental car when family visited because I couldn’t drive them around in a 100+ degree vehicle with no air conditioner!! Waiting for a part happens but almost 3 months is completely unacceptable!!

Upon the completion of the four wheel alignment it seems that during the adjustment process the tech may have loosened something or realigned something that caused a vibration to radiate within side of vehicle coming from the front in upon accelerating and braking. I had my doubts about taking this to the dealership and this just proves my doubts I understand the repair department makes money for the dealership not saying the tech created a problem but it is suspicious I’m going to take it to independent alignment shop that only performs alignments and see what their diagnosis is until then

We went in for oil change and told them to check everything they told us our car was finished we asked if the brakes were good they said yes and when we were leaving we noticed the little sticker on the window saying that the brakes need immediate attention I am disappointed that we had to see that without being told about that we went back inside the house the service why weren’t we told that we needed brakes he said he would check with the technician and the technicians have gone home now I have to make a Nother appointment to get the brakes done but can I trust you guys to do this if I’ve asked to check the brakes in the first place without getting any type of response other than yeah they’re good Signed very disappointed
