Joel was very kind and helpful from start to finish. The only thing that was disappointing was the rental that was not available while I was waiting for my car. The letter I received in the mail did not mention that a rental was available upon certain circumstances (pertaining to the type of airbag that needed to be replaced). I would’ve planned differently if I knew that was the case. But, that’s not Joel’s fault.

If I was told in advance that the interior was going to be scotchgarded I would have cleaned the cat hair ahead of appointment.
The paperwork for the loaner car indicated that the tank was 3/4 full when in fact it was 3/8.
If Asia had compared the mileage driven, there was no way I could have used over 1/4 tank of gas.
