When I got home I noticed when I opened the driver’s door, the door checker was catching on something inside the door. I opened and closed the door several times and it persisted. The reason I had the checker installed today is because the window regulator was being replaced and the checker is in the same area. I assumed that the necessary adjustments would be made so that the checker wouldn’t interfere with the opening and closing of the door. After all, my Honda was being repaired at a Honda Dealership, by Honda trained technicians!? Otherwise my window worked perfectly, and it appears that someone went the extra mile to fix the window tint that had bubbles and was becoming separated from the window. That was very much appreciated! Also, my car was returned to me cleaner than I’ve seen it in quite a while. Thank you.

It took an hour and a 1/2 to change my tire with an appointment. When I got my car drove to work my tire pressure gauge came on and I had to go To another tire shop so they could put air in my tire. And just 3 days ago I had my car rotated tires and alignment. I wonder if they do the work they're supposed to.

**** the service rep, not did a diagnostic on my car and l was charged extra 100.00 diagnostic takes about an hour or so he told me, so l waited to be dropped off at home cuz did not wanted to wait that long. About 10 minute later later he called me and told me they know what’s wrong with car...alternator ...they knew that by testing the battery...which takes few seconds...l have been going to Honda for the past 10 years and this new rep lied to me just to cheat me of about more the 100.00....that’s not fair...honesty is the best policy....what l got there on 11/23/19 first he told me they will work on my car Monday cuz they don’t know what’s wrong with car and a diagnostic will be done l agreed but just minutes later l was told what the problem was without a diagnostic and was charged for it....But what l did not tell **** was when saw all the lights in my car come on l went to firestone and they checked the battery and told me it was the alternator and the car might shut off while driving to Honda cuz l told them l only take to car there....they did the test without charging me....just a simple test....l am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I just hate the fact that my center console divider has broken, and to replace the one part, you have to buy the whole center console assembly. A $15 part costs $80 instead! Not happy with any cup holders in the HRV. Service was very good, though. Just tell Honda to do better!

Ulisis Flores-morales was very helpful and polite! I trust his analysis of my vehicle. Thank God he discovered my brake pads were almost metal to metal! Since I’ve only had this Crv 3 months and 10 days, i would’ve never checked the brake pads, assuming the dealership where I purchased my vehicle had already performed a safety check prior to my leaving w/my vehicle! I am returning to that dealership to show them what Ulisis discovered! They seemed to think maybe he was wrong but I have no doubt he is right and I could’ve been killed due to brake failure!
