50/50. James was probably the best part of the experience. James was very pleasant and courteous to speak with. The service was meh. Made an appointment for ease, but still felt the extended wait with no updates on the progress. Arrived early and left late 10:15-12:20?? For an oil change and half effort car wash. Id give the experience a 5/10 mostly because of James. The service I could go get anywhere for the same sort of experience. I Guess I kinda expected more from a honda dealership.

People “ If you really want people to give you good feedback then ..... get the work done the first time and how ridiculous and embarrassing to the service advisors and managers to have a dishonest technician not replacing the parts on people’s cars,,, to me as a Senior Honda tech is grounds for termination,, I won’t proceed to anything other than what this. I went in to your dealer ship for normal and honest service, what I get in return is like a slap in my face,, not changing my oil filter, not checking my oil level couse if he did he would of seen that it was over filled my $52,000 dollar investment got jacked” not to mention that my under the hood cover was cracked and didn’t say anything about it ,, now how nice is that?? Unacceptable. I have a friend at your parts department (Gilbert) just to let you know we just spent over $1,200.00 in upgrade things for the passport giving you my business. Damn if I would of known before I would gone somewhere else. Welll to much to say, you all took care of it only because you got coght.
