Service on this visit was more professional than usual, but not in a fake way. Staff didn’t seem rushed or in a nervous frenzy. There was even car washing available. The last two visits did not include car washing. I keep coming back because of the service I receive and the ability to make appointments on-line.

I feel a couple of the service guys need training in kindness and manners. Their is one salesman there that I’ve had problems with twice. I’m signed up for coupon at least I think I am but no one has offered to checked for me but I’ve not received any. I had a appointment today and had to wait still almost 2 hours. The courtesy ride home guy wasn’t going to be back for an hour hour and a half. So I had to wait with my grandkids. I just need to find another Honda dealer ship I guess.

When I arrived no one greeted me. I had to go in and wait to be helped. Then three hours is way to long to wait for an oil change. They did apologize and had my car washed. But still that is a long time to be there.
