When I purchased the car I was told that oil change and related work is free with any additional service. I was charged ?oil change and labor.

Yes, we were completely satisfied with our Honda servicing experience today. Joel was professional, accommodating, and went the extra mile for us when we needed a shuttle both to and from the doctor’s office when my wife experienced an unforeseen and unanticipated health episode. Also, kudos to the driver [Ron] who agreed to come get us and take us back to pick up our car, even though doing so may have taken him a little beyond his close of shift. We have been clients of Honda for years, but the customer service has never been better than what we experienced today.

I showed up for my appointment and was told my vehicle would be ready in a couple hours so I opted to take the shuttle home. The shuttle never came for me during the few hours i was there and finally offered to take me home at 3pm when my car was supposed to be done. Since 3pm is when my vehicle was supposed to be finished I asked the front desk if my car was going to be ready soon. They said my car was finishing up and should be good to go in a few minutes and to hang tight, so I declined the shuttle at 3pm. I waited for another 40 minutes and my vehicle still wasn't done yet. I asked what was going on and they said my car was being washed and to wait outside so they can pull my car around to me. I waited outside in the heat for another 30 minutes and my car hadn't been brought out to me yet. I then had to ask someone at the front desk again for them to remember to get my car.

Christopher was good all through the work on the car. But on the way home the dash flashed a message saying that the tire pressure was low. So I called the dealership and Christopher said sometimes Honda’s give that message after a tire rotation like that. He explained he could reset it in a couple minutes. So I brought the car back and Christopher had the message reset in a few minutes. Not a big problem except I had to drive the car back after being there 2/12 hours.
Again Christopher was great with everything inspite of it all. Thanks Doug Foster
