Hi,
As soon as I pulled up to the customer service desk, Christopher received me with great customer service and took care of my appointment. He had a really fast fun and friendly attitude. I mean it was 745am and that’s hard to find that early. Anyways, he gave me the approximate time that my vehicle was going to be completed and sure enough you it was right on time! Keep up the good work!

The service provided was fine but leading up to receiving the service was not satisfactory. I had purchased the finishing touch for my new vehicle. I called to schedule and they told me someone would contact me within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I left a message with Kimberley. I did not receive a call back. I called again after 3 weeks and she told me she would look into it and get back with me by Friday. This was in a Tuesday. I told her no, that was not acceptable. She did call me back later that day. I asked for a ride and she said I was outside of the 10 mile radius. I guess I’ll be going to Temecula from now on.
