Joel was awesome and made the process so easy. He answered all my questions I had and was knowledgeable. However, I was not satisfied when my car was returned to me. I have a political pin on the dashboard/windshield of my car and when I got into my car after the service, I noticed the pin was turned around and moved so the message was not displayed the way I had it. I don’t feel anything in my car should’ve been touched because I was only getting exterior work done. I do not appreciate my personal belongings in my car to be tampered with and touched. I felt violated and uncomfortable. I purchased my car here and have gotten an oil change here before. I have been very happy with the customer service, so much so I came back. I know this does not represent the department as a whole and it was one person’s action but because of this I don’t believe I will be returning for future service.

My appointment was scheduled at 1:30pm and My car was ready at 6pm. I asked what time will be ready I was told almost 2 hrs I was okay with that. I did not get a call or txt msg notifications saying there was a delay or etc. I understand it’s busy but a call or txt keeping me updated will be fine instead of me wondering when would it be ready also having to find a ride back to the shop.
