I am highly disappointed. I brought my car to get several things done including alignment. After several hours, I was called twice about a delay on doing the alignment and it was never done because a technician went home. After I picked up my car, Ulises scheduled me to return at 9am Thursday to get the alignment done. Upon returning on Thursday, I was told there was no appointment scheduled. I was told I could drop off the car anyways. It’s been over 4 hours and alignment hasn’t been completed.

Oil pan was left UNSCREWED after getting our car serviced! It could have been extremely dangerous if it would have flew off & damaged something else under the car while we were driving, especially because we had our child in the car! Completely unprofessional.
