I waited for shuttle to take me home my service person said it was not back yet ,I was looking right at it said the driver went to lunch and it will be 1 hour then he found a driver in 15 min. I ask the counter person to check the back up beep . When he called me said my CRV was done I forgot about my request because he said I would have to leave it all day for that service i am sure he forgot I did get a ride home it was 11 miles . When i ask for the courtesy van another counter person said I am out of the zone area and will not able to pick me up when CRV was completed I had to leave it overnight because I wife works late . Service is just not the same I will be taking my 2019 accord / 2017 to Temecula Honda from here on.

Reached out to Service MANAGER today regrding a car problem issue that I had previously contaced him about 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard back fron him.
My van was bought brand new at Diamond Valley Honda. It got serviced there since day one. I ended up,having engine problems and got stranded 3 different occassions. After 3 attempts to fix the same problem, the engine failed and needs to be replaced. Diamind Honda Valley is not taking responsibilty cover the cost to replace the engine.

He did not keep his promise. He agreed to pay half of cost but didn't. Total cost of parts and service was over $1600. I should have paid only $800. Instead he had me agreed to pay $1500. So wrong and unethical. Someone needs to refund me $700.
