Uli was great. The Service Manager was terrible. Never have I been treated with such disregard by a manager.

Dropped my car off at 12:30 pm , was told 2 hour wait so I have the shuttle take me home .. called to follow up car : 4 pm by this time .. Call was transferred twice . Spoke to 3 different people because apparently they couldn’t find my car and shows The last I went was five months ago ..... hmmm I’m pretty sure I dropped my car of earlier today . 4:30 by this time and was told a shuttle is on its way to pick me up ....... I don’t get my car back til 6:20 pm .
Come on Honda ! Get it together !!!
