This is a second time I had to bring my car in for devices for, and I only bought it in August ( not from you guys). Twine clamps under the car we’re missing or came undone. Different Gentlemen helped me both visits and the young lady who booked my appointment last week was so nice. You have a great staff on the service bay. Thanks gang so much, oh btw I’m sorry I didn’t drop names but I’m bad at remembering names and I always misplace paper work. All I can say is if the employees see this, Star Trek fan you’re alright with me lol

I had an appointment at 11:30 am for a recall that I was told was only a software update. I waited three and a half hours and saw my car parked as if it was ready. When I asked about the status on my car I was told they were working on it and it would be about thirty more minutes. I waited two more hours went to see if my car had been moved (which it had not been) and asked about an update on the status of the car. The man behind the counter said they had finish up paperwork and it will be 10 minutes. He came back 10 minutes later with my car ready. I waited there all day for them to plug my car into a computer! The service was poor and I would never pay a dime to have work done there. It was clear that customer service was not there cup of tea. My time is valuable and I do not have all day to sit at a dealership for a service that should not have taken more than a couple hours.

Joel was great. It just took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I made an appointment so I would have expected it to be faster. If you have appointments, you should not accept walk-ins or not over schedule if that was the case.
