Your customer service is amazing At the Hemet Gosh Honda. Ulises Flores-Morales has been there from the beginning and has been above helpful. He makes me feel like family when I come in and I always ask for him. Everyone there is very helpful but Ulises has always gone the above to make me always feel at home. He would be the reason I would buy another Honda because I know he always does his best to help us with what ever our needs are. I always have a great experience with all of the staff at Diamond Valley Honda and this is no fault to them. But this is the second time that I tried to book an appointment online only to get to the end of the process and get a message saying- sorry something went wrong try again later, then both times when it finally let me book the appointment I received a phone call saying that there are no openings and that the system should not have let me book an appt. for that day and time. Sorry for the rant , but this makes for a huge inconvenience on a very tight work schedule.

I purchased tires from ball Honda in San Diego and expected the same service from Diamond Valley with regard to tire rotation. I was informed that it would cost me $25 for rotation. I purchased these tires from a dealership expecting that service would be honored at all Honda dealers.
