I am not satisfied because i paid for a service which included a tire rotation and a day before i had my husband mark them and when they finished the service and gave me back my care i checked to make sure the tire rotation was done and i noticed they were the no change. the representer had "forgot to tell me that they hadn't change them" and that is why i asked for the filters back, i don't trust the employees there. I dont plan on ever going back.

When we went to pick up our car the service person was on the phone for the entire time. He never really treated us. He asked us our name and told us the amount due. The entire time he had a phone on his ear. We asked if everything checked out ok and he said yeah. When we received the paperwork that was not the case. Apparently I’m going to need some new breaks in the coming months.
