At the beginning of the process, there was miscommunication between Ulises and my insurance company adjuster (pictures not being sent etc.). Then the parts were on back order (not the dealers fault). I was told the parts were to arrive August 9 and to bring the vehicle pack in August 10. I called in on August 7 to ensure parts were arriving as planned and the parts were already sitting at the dealer according to James, my car might have been fixed quicker because without A/C you cannot drive in Hemet. Lack of communication with all parties from the dealer. In the end, the A/C got fixed.
