Some of your customers, like us, may not know basics about car parts and impact of problems involved. We would really appreciate if there could be somebody who can help us understand them so that we can make educated decisions when we need to choose which service to prioritize.
I checked about maintenance plan but I was told "I don't know, may be the finance department knows".
I do not think it was anybodies fault, I may have have been expecting more because I came to experts.
It was my second maintenance service today with the DVH after I moved to Menifee last year. And I was there because I trust DVH. I expect you keep up to the expectation and I wish DVH all the very best. I know you Guys are best!
