It was okay, she was on the phone when I did pick up my car while I picked up my receipt, which actually when I got there as well, she had me sign my forms without attentiveness, even if I had a question the phone did not come off her ear once. Although I understand multitasking is a thing, it is simply poor professional taste. I too work in a management position and it’s very rude to any client, as the person in front of you is priority as there is a such thing as the way in which to deal with phones and people.
