took too long for an oil change that was scheduled, also the lady came to tell my my car was ready she just needed to get the paperwork. i waited 15 mins before going to the front to ask if she had my paperwork ready yet and she said oh yeah and proceeded to hand me it… im currently pregnant and sitting for that long was so annoying. like she forgot about me and had me waiting an extra 15 mins. oil changed should take an hour max and paperwork takes less then 1 minute to print out. they should work on their efficiency and having a nicer face on when you get there.
