I had an appointment yesterday 11/12/2025 and the representative helping me was great. However the lady next to her was so rude and complaining about the quote they gave me. She kept giving me dirty looks and was just an awful employee! Today 11/13/2025 my service was great again by the representative that attended me. However that same lady/ your employee that was there yesterday. Today again was giving me dirty looks. Very unprofessional and I don’t know what her problem is. You guys need to talk to your employees about how to be professional and work is not a place for them to be ghetto sorry to put it that way! If they have issues they need to keep their problems to themselves or at their house! I am a tribal member and we bring a lot of business to these dealerships. We weren’t going to buy a car from you guys because of how rude that employee was but you guys helped me out on the service and I was very satisfied. I did send a family tribal member to your dealership and they purchased a vehicle from your dealership. Please keep an eye on your employees. If this continues it may cost you sales because no one wants to purchase vehicles from a company that treats you unwelcome and is very unprofessional.Would you refer a family member or friend to a dealership or place that didn’t treat you well?

It would have been helpful if he had reviewed the inspection report with me and provided the cost for the recommended service as I would have had it done today. Also I think there is a sign that I was entitled to a discount if the inspection report wasn’t reviewed with me and I didn’t receive the discount. He gave me the keys to another customer’s vehicle as the technician had mine.
