The Honda technician left my car hood open. I was driving home when I noticed the hood shaking so I had to pull over to close the hood right. I’m lucky the hood didn’t open while I was driving. The attention to satisfaction customer service was lacking. When I called to report what had occurred all I received was a “sorry about that”.
