My wife got harassed today about not getting the cabin air filter and the engine air filter and tire rotation done at diamond valley Honda. Also the service agent said if we don’t get that done the life of the loan will be voided. No where in the contract does it say that I have to buy the filters and have them installed at valley diamond Honda. The filters get changed every time the oil gets changed but not by Valley Diamond Honda. Also it does not say in the contract that I need to do the tire rotation at the Dealer and since the dealer does not and will not provide new tires even if I do the rotation with the dealer if I need to buy new tires because of my negligence, then I will purchase new tires for the car. I understand the car is on lease to buy program but I am not forced to do any of this services with the dealer.
