There was no shuttle driver available so I ended up ordering an Uber. The Uber driver told me to ask the dealer about it. It looks like it was something new that just started and the person helping me was not aware of it until another employee told him it was a new process. I was not offered a credit or discount on my bill to compensate. Other than that the service itself was fine.

When checked on my cabin filter they did not put it back to the way it was. I also, had caps on all four of my tires I only have 3 of 4 not a big deal just annoying now I have to replace something I didn’t misplace. Seemed they were busy but it doesn’t excuse the lack of service. I always have great service here and thank everyone for that.

My car still isn’t fixed, I got it back with almost 700 more miles than what they logged it as when I dropped it off. I’m always being spoken to like they don’t care nor have the time. Such a disappointment. I’ll be contacting the BBB and whomever else I need to because I’m sick of being treated like y’all don’t care. My car is unsafe.
