Our service was good. Lindsey was extremely helpful, especially in identifying the Warranty coverage for the repairs needed. But simply for the sake of “completely satisfied”, the room for improvement were three things: 1) the length of time our Van needed to stay due to a part not being in stock at the delearship, 2) not being alerted ahead of time that shuttle service was not available on Saturday, and 3) the extreme difficulty there is in getting a hold of people and not having messages relayed for proper staff to return our calls.
