She really listened to me as I described new noise my car was making. Communication was good and her communication with the mechanic seemed to be very good. I was allowed to converse with the mechanic about my car because he was trying to problem solve electrical issues. I don’t know his name but he seemed to go the extra mile to make sure my car worked perfectly before I took possession of it. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to villa Honda service department.

Danielle Escamilla is the best service provider there. Very respectful, kind, and patient and also gets things done. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends to have her help with any honda service. She goes above and beyond. I can’t thank her enough!
On the contrary, Lucas was very unprofessional and gaslighting me. If it wasn’t for Danielle, I would’ve taken my car to get service elsewhere. Even if it was further away.
