I’m really thankful that Ulises Flores took me in as soon as he saw me walking in, right away he ask me what was I coming in for and after talking to Ulises and him telling me that he would take care of it it made me feel better, I had gone there last Thursday and another guy took me in and I told him why I was there he wasn’t very welcoming and right away after I told him what was happening to my car right away he said “ well for diagnosis on your car it will be about $385 just to diagnose your car plus anything else that is wrong with it, that really push me away that I call the Honda dealership in Moreno Valley in which they told me I could take it In right away and it would be $185 to diagnose my car, then I call back to the Hemet Honda dealership from the number in the website and a lady talk to me and told me the same thing that it would be $185 to diagnose my car, I don’t know why the other guy on last Thursday told me that it would e $385 to diagnose my car, when I took me car this morning I was hoping that the guy I talk to on Thursday wasn’t there so this morning when I walked into the shop and Ulises took me in I was really relieved, I really want to thank Ulises for his professionalism and warm welcoming
