My recent experience was not satisfactory. I dropped my car off at 6:30am and heard nothing until after I called to ask for a status NINE HOURS after it was dropped off, only to be told my car would not be ready until the following afternoon. There was no reasonable explanation given for why no one called me all day. I also received misleading automated text messages that further added to my sense of poor customer service. I am unlikely to return to this location for service unless I have no other choice. My experience has been significantly better at other Honda locations.
