Got a massage at 1:00pm that my car would be ready in the next 5-10 min. When I checked on it after 10 min they told me to wait for another massage, but no one would be willing to check on it.I asked again 3:00 to please check on my car since I had seen it sitting there for 2 hours.Finally when someone checked on it my car had been ready since 1:00. When I got the first mage.There were about 3 to five people in the front desk and it didn't seem to be that busy.Im never coming back to these places.

Mr. Flores didn’t show any empathy to my situation, I needed a loaner to keep up going to work, I explained that I’m a loyal customer choosing most likely new cars but it looks like it was not important to him, all he said was “I’m sorry for your situation but I cannot do anything for you”.
