The gentleman who serviced me was extremely rude! A young lady took my keys upon arrival and I went to wait in the lounge area. About 5 min later she approached with an iPad saying verbatim : “don’t worry about the price I haven’t added your maintenance plus” I obliged and signed. Bear in mind my appointment was for 7:30 am. I was extremely tired, so I left it at that. Hours later I received a text saying my vehicle was ready. I approached the counter, and a white male with a mowhawk style haircut gives me the amount . I ask him why is so high, and wait for him to show me the print out. He doesn’t ; and repeats himself and says “well you signed”, and I said, “I signed because she asked me to. (You can ask her she’s right there!) She had come over prior to give me my keys ( but she had a customer at her counter she was helping) … and he rudely remarked whilst rolling his eyes “ she hasn’t paid yet “ which implies I’m going to run off without paying. To be clear- I purchased my vehicle from this location. I’ve never had an issue before, and once worked has been completed on one’s vehicle ( ask yourself what really can we as customers do?) suppose I did run off , my information is in the system …I’m sure I could be billed or sued etc. Nevertheless, the guy was a total ****, and if I hadn’t composed myself in my head I would have embarrassed him, and verbally berated him, filmed the list!!! There was no need for his smug and disrespectful remarks. Additionally, two other women were having the same issue and treatment. Which reflects that the fault lies with the dealership. I am well educated, polite, and very knowledgeable. I don’t appreciate the lack of bare minimum customer service skills. Is there any training given? Are good workers that hard to find? It’s car servicing not NASA, Boeing, and there’s no welding taking place. Did he personally craft & design the vehicles? Is there some place else he had to be? Doubt it!!!!! The young lady helped me on my way, but if I ever return and receive such low class un-refined behavior , I’ll just become vulgar and adamant about him losing his job. Then when people “crashout” it’s like what is that serious… I can assure you it ALWAYS is!!! If it will keep rude as people from playing with you. I never leave comments. But this was by far thee worst experience I’ve ever had from any public place of business. The procedure should have consisted of the young lady returning to me with the adjusted price once my monthly service was applied. A brief overview of what was going to be done , the amount due, and permission given to proceed. Had I known the full amount I would have simply gotten my oil changed and/or possibly filters. Or whatever my heart desired. It’s my vehicle!!! I also spoke with that young lady ahead of time when I initially booked the appointment. So to imagine thinking perhaps you’ll only be out of 100 or so max. and the invoice reads $440 I was appalled. Forgive me, but as paying customers we should be allowed to understand the breakdown, ask questions what have you. Train your team to do better my goodness. The fact I’m still this livid and this was almost 12hrs ago should speak volumes to how horrid this experience was. Please note : I double dogg dare him to try that again.
