I'm just floored that my Honda that has less than 28 thousand miles has a major part go out that's almost 6 thousand to replace.. have always highly recommended Honda... not so sure anymore. Did not receive good service. Did not seem to know anything about my truck or the service it received in 2024. Truck was garaged from May 24 until a few weeks ago. Compare miles . They tried to charge me twice for my replacement key. They installed a head gasket that you replaced in May of 24. Why weren't the problems found in 5/24 when I paid y'all to go thru truck then? Remember this truck went from your shop to garage. Was not driven. I need you to reimburse me for head gasket and anything to do with it. I have been a customer since the early 90s. Bought many cars and trucks from you, also always used your service department. Y'all treated me like diet while I was there. Tried to pay cash for another car, but they were so unfriendly. The
sales manager is not nice. The sales guy was fair.
