I brought in my 2018 Honda accord with a known a/c condenser problem with a warranty. I was told to bring it in for a diagnostic test and the fee would be waived if it was found to be the condenser. The condenser is faulty, along with another leak that I don't have proof of. that I will fix personally. I was still charged for the diagnostic test even though we will return to have the condenser fixed under warranty.
