I want to recognize the outstanding service provided by Eder Flores at Honda.
From the very beginning, he was professional, attentive, and truly focused on helping. It’s clear when someone takes pride in their work and delivers great customer service, which is hard to find nowadays.
After some previous staff changes, I hadn’t experienced this level of service, but Eder exceeded my expectations.
