Satisfied with service as always. It would be great if the tech didn’t adjust my seat, mirrors, and steering wheel though. After all, it’s my car, not theirs.

Breanna in Auto Fix was great - she put together the estimate and was kind at all times. I would have preferred to keep handling business with her instead of Christie or Kristy? Spell? Who also work in Auto Fix, and I didn't need to be questioned by her why I had to cancel the tow truck. I know how to get our vehicle out of there. It was no rush as Breanna gave me until 10/30/24 noon to have our Buick Encore towed out of Auto Fix. 10/10 for Breanna. 0/0 for the other person.

As always an error a d inconvenience at this dealership. My online appt couls not be located, I called i. Advance made a 2nd appt with a service rep...that went missing
Showed up at my 2nd appt and did not jabe an appt. Then had to tell marline everything again. Then 3 hrs later got a txt from rep. Never heard from service team. When I finally got it my car was off rack. I approved add services so my car was kept overnight to complete in morning. MARLENE WAS attentive and got me a good discount. In the future I will travel to Loma Linda where I bought my car.
