They forgot to wash the car After service and when I asked the person is my car ready, they told me only washing is Lýft will bring us out after wash, but unfortunately they didn’t do it but everything else was OK

Other than taking a long time to do a pick up because everything else was more important taking on other calls on phones aside from what the advisors were working on while I stood there and parts department taking long to get a second person to help
