I scheduled the service on line with what I wanted. When I went in I stated I only wanted what was required to keep my warranty valid. After the service rep checked my vehicle he came back and told me it was requiring some other service that cost over $300 more. Trusting him I signed and agreed to the service. I was incredibly disappointed and angry when I got home and saw the paperwork said I “requested” the extra work. I did not request it, I was told it was part of what the warranty needed or I would have not signed to agree. I didn’t think your service department would upsell to make money but I have learned my lesson and will unfortunately have to decide if I want to use your service department in the future or take my time to read every single line and while your service rep and the customers behind me wait. I expected more from your dealership.
