It’s getting a little expensive for an oil change, tire rotation and fluid check. Car runs fine. Maybe I should have waited.

Bought a Volkswagen Jetta from you. Brought it for an oil change. Was told it would be 1-1.5 hrs. Came back for it at 2 hrs. I was told it would be 20 min because they had to wait for a filter to be delivered. This was a scheduled appt. They can’t look at what’s happening for the day and have a filter there for the appt? But! When I came back after 2 hrs, I just got the text saying they took it back. Then the lady came out with a story about having to replace a gasket. Bull!!! I don’t appreciate being lied to to my face. We were forgotten about. The oil change took over 3 hrs. Then she says she gave me a discount for the inconvenience. $20. Really?. I have always come to you for service. I won’t again! What a frustrating waste of time.

I had an appointment for a recall and was told that it would take awhile to do. So I made arrangements to have someone come with me to take me back home. Then when I get there they tell me that they don’t have the parts. I was never given a day when they think that the parts would be available. In other words I still have the problem. Not very professional. Very disappointed in the service I received.
