Every experience with service dept. is a bad experience. We pay extra for maintenance and tires to be covered when there is an issue. Every time there is an issue we are told we don’t have the coverage and need to pay out of pocket. Once they find out we do not have to pay they let us know how much longer it’s going to take than if we just pay out of pocket. The service reps state it’s a long process and we would be better off paying up front. Why do we pay extra for these services if when we need them done, it’s guaranteed to take much longer than if we didn’t have these services. I love my Honda but I regret buying it from diamond valley as it’s always a nightmare to get service from when it should be as easy as possible because we don’t have to pay and the service should be covered. I’m tired of being punished because we don’t have to pay for services we already paid for. And they make sure it takes 4 hours to change a tire for free and only would have taken less than an hour if I paid for it. Total bull ****
