Initially made the appointment for 3 recall notices but were told we could do 2 out of 3 over the phone and one was on back order. At check in no one shared the 2nd recall fix was also on back order. No one explained the results of the multi point inspection until I asked what the findings were. Upon receipt of my invoice and after payment did I notice only one recall service was actually completed

My car was promised at 12:00 pm. At 1:20 I went to the service dept.to see what was the problem. My car was sitting in rhe service area the work completed. No one ever came to the waiting area to advise me that my vehicle was ready. Another service writer helped me. Then they could not find my keys. It took about 20 minutes to find my keys. Not to happy.

My appt was at 2:45. I arrived at 2:35. No one cared to help me. I waited almost 30 minutes before someone came out and checked me in. It took 2 hrs to just to get an oil change. Thats ridiculous.
