I took my car in for maintenance. The young woman who attended to me charged me an extra $25.00 to put in the oil recommended by the manufacturer. When they finished, they just left my car outside. Nobody notified me; I only saw it when I went for a walk. I approached the service staff, and they knew nothing. I had to tell them that my car had been outside for half an hour, and nobody had come to return it. I even had to ask for the keys because they never gave them to me. Terrible service, poor customer treatment, and an allegedly fraudulent additional charge.

Chris is an excellent manager. I really enjoy working with him, and I would give him the highest possible rating.
However, I have a lot of concerns about the service department. I still have the squeaking noise coming from the front wheel, and I also don’t know who I should contact regarding the tire and wheel warranty.
When I came in with a punctured tire, the service staff simply swapped the front and rear wheels and told me everything was fine. Apparently, they expected the tire to somehow fix itself. That’s completely ridiculous.
In the end, I had to pay out of pocket to replace the tire myself. I would like to cancel this so-called tire and wheel warranty because it has been completely useless, but I don’t know who I should contact about it.

Every time I opt for free warranty services, I get pressured into accepting additional services that they claim are important—though I’m not convinced that’s true. How can they know something needs replacing before they’ve even inspected it? This is the second time the car’s interior was left dirty; there were handprints from the mechanics on the door, and today the windshield was filthy—it looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Furthermore, when the mechanic handed me the keys, I didn't see him remove the protective plastic from the seat, and he had been sitting in the white interior wearing his work uniform. I didn't receive a video inspection, and my tires have uneven pressure, even though the report states they are all the same. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

There should be complete walk through given to the customer upon finishing the service and the technician should be able to explain and show what was done to the car in terms of service. Giving you a small example the handover sheet showed all 4 wheels had 35 psi air but the system showed 33 in back amdn34nin front wheels.
