Tony was very thoughtful in making sure I got a good deal on the work being done on my car. Appreciate him not trying to upsell me and just focusing on what I needed to get done, and letting me know what work to expect for my next service appointment. Only thing is that he said the car would be done 10:30-11:00am but it wasn’t until 11:20am.

I am very unsatisfied with my work done . I am thankful that I was able to get one of the issues of my car covered but I had asked for another issue to be checked and it was because my car shakes a lot and I was told it needed the oil change and that’s a big lie my car has gotten its oil change done and it shakes alot . I took the car in January to get the oil change and even after that the issue continued I even told the staff at Hyundai that reached out to see how my car was doing , so how is it that all of a sudden it’s the oils change !!I was never offered to get my oil changed when the problem was addressed to me so that disappointed me even more! How do you let your customer leave with out offering it the service it needs !!!I am very unsatisfied with the service I was given , Monica was in charge of helping me I always had to reach out and check to see updates on my car . I didn’t even know she was the one helping me in the beginning because she never reached out to me to let me know she would be the one assisting me . As a client that’s frustrating and disappointing!! I will not continue to go to this Hyundai ever again waste of time , and worst customer service ever !! Second time this dealer disappoints me !!

I took my truck for an oil change but while they were doing the service they broke a part in the hood and since they didn't have the parts ( they ordered them) they couldn't fix it, they told me it was going to take 5 days to get the parts and in the meantime I have to drive my car like that, they supposed to call me when they get the parts so I can bring my car back to be fix, what supposed to be an hour oil change became a 3 hours service, I'm very disappointed and probably will be the last time that I'm doing business with this Dealer.
