I brought in my vehicle for a recall fix. I was happy with the intake, and rental vehicle. However, prior to sending out the vehicle for painting, I asked the service representative if they could follow up with a quote for an additional area to be painted which did not occur. The car came back like new (paint) and cleaned on the inside. I just wish I could've used this opportunity to get the missing paint applied. Also, there was some confusion because my car was also serviced (oil change, transmission flush, and tire rotation) but was delayed exit because it took a while to confirm if the work had been done or not. I also did not receive the checklist that I usually get regarding the multi-point inspection. Minor details but, an otherwise positive experience.

Monica was great and advocated for me with the tire insurance company, ultimately prevailing. I was there a very long time and need to now come back which is challenging but I really appreciate that she persisted because she said it was better due to the tires I have. It does make me wonder why the previous time I had a nail why the serve tech simply went with the patching (no clue how in a few months this could happen 2x, thete is nothing out of the ordinary about whete I drive)?

Overall, my experienxe was decent,but i was disappointed with the communication. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was not informed that the dealership has a customer waiting area with coffee, snacks, and seating available. Because I was not aware of that option, I walked in the heat to a nearby McDonald's and waited there for 3 hours. Had the service advisor simply mentioned the waiting area, I would have gladly stayed at dealership. I recommend making sure customers are informed of the available amenities when they check in, as it would greatly improve overall experience.
