They did not rotate my tires claiming they needed the key to the rims but I have never been asked for a key and they didn't advise Alek so he could let me know.I was there over 3 hours. Alek was great. I was promised a free tire rotation but that's just it I don't know when I will return I wanted it done as promised

The car is operating fine. When I picked up the car on Sunday, February 22nd all of the contents from the glove compartment and center console were strewn across the passenger seat and the floor of the car making it difficult to sit in the car and drive. While still at the dealership, my husband went to place things back the way they were when the car was dropped off and my husband noticed that his reading glasses and sun glasses that he keeps in the car were not in the car when we picked up the car. Other than that the service providers were attentive and helpful and the car has been driving just fine. Thank you

I was almost completely satified, but not all the lot damages were repaired. The key hole cover is still broken from the lot damages and the deep cuts on my windshield are still there. Mind you I bought the car brand new.
